Coming from Tender’s first collection made in the USA, the Stole Pocket Butterfly Shirt does things a little differently.

Long panel pockets run down the front and tuck neatly into the shoulder seam - a nod to the stoles worn by Christian priests and bishops (we’re Irish after all). The pockets can be accessed at the side, doubling as discreet hand warmers. Cut on Tender’s Butterfly block, the shirt has no side seams and features reversed sleeves joined at the shoulder for a clean, fluid shape. Unlike previous butterfly shirts, cuffs open with full tailored plackets behind the wrist, so rolling them up is both practical and satisfying. The buttons are real shell, styled after a classic cat-eye button, and every stitch is made with cotton thread - a small detail that quietly reminds you of the craftsmanship.

The clean cotton drill fabric s a tightly woven twill cloth historically used for military uniforms. This shirt is also available in wool calico, thunderbolt cotton cambric and doppler stripe cotton cambric.
