Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before checkout. Payment is taken through the payment methods available at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs duty upon entry to your country.
Orders

Returns and cancellations

Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.
We will refund the price paid for the returned item, where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons where this is stated on the product page.
Faulty or incorrect items
