WORKING Trap Shirt | Cotton Dogtooth Triassic Green

€300.00

This version of the WORKING Trap shirt is crafted from Italian cotton dogtooth, patterned with a subtle coloured grid over a smaller black and white check - the latter of which only fully reveals itself when you’re close enough to be trusted.

The shoulders are cut with split trapezoidal yokes, matched by symmetrical flapped chest pockets. The collar refuses to commit to a single tradition, instead borrowing a little from camp, penny, funnel, club, mandarin, stub, and shawl - it’s a diplomatic coalition of collars, working together better than expected.

Cuffs are finished with an inside-faced placket, neat and unshowy, while buttons are cellulose acetate made from recycled cigarette butts - a small triumph of alchemy, turning yesterday’s bad habit into today’s good detail.

  • Made in England

  • 100% cotton

  • Cellulose acetate buttons from recycled cigarette filters

  • Fits true to size

  • Colour: Triassic green

WORKING is a collaborative brand by William Kroll (Tender Co.) and Robert Newman (Middle Distance, Massimo Osti Studio, Stone Island and CP Company). Operating from their studios in Glasgow, Scotland, and Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, they combine their distinct approaches to design and production; exploring each other’s perspectives on fabrics, art and design history, uniform construction, and an expanded interpretation of workwear. WORKING garments are crafted in very limited quantities in England and Japan.
